Job Opportunity: Mill Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Stadbroke, Eye
Starting Rate: £12.81 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating shifts

Shift 1: 6:00am – 2:15pm
Shift 2: 2:00pm – 10:15pm

Temp to Perm Opportunity + Progression

Are you reliable, hard-working, and looking for a hands-on role in a growing business? We’re hiring Mill Operatives to join a busy production team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lifting and handling bags of dog food (up to 15kg)
• Stacking and wrapping pallets
• Following health & safety procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Helping keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• A “can-do” attitude and team spirit
• Willingness to learn and get stuck in
• Good time management and reliability
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (cold/hot)

Reach truck and FLT training are a bonus – but not essential!
